I am a Lancashire-based freelance copywriter specialising in website-based copy, product descriptions and reviews.

While I’m still early on in my career, I have several project under my belt to showcase the quality of my work. These include:

Indie Ranger

At Indie Ranger was a regular contributor of review copy for their site. Working with editor, I adapted my stylings to better suit the required voice of the site, creating an authoritive voice whilst still remaining personable and engaging.

Their vision was to provide professional level reviews without any of the algorithm chasing that dominates many gaming websites and I was able to help facilitate that.

Tulip Cushions

Tulips Cushions is a small business based in the East Midlands, selling scatter cushions which they hand make using of upcycled fabrics.While working with them, I helped them develop copy for their website in order to express their brands focus on sustainabilty, quality and the friendhsip between the two co-owners.

This included a session working with the owners in order to establish the message behind their brand and where best to help their site develop.

As a part of this project, I also helped them produce a variety of physical media for use in craft fairs and other in-person events.
